Lisa Squitieri


Lisa Squitieri is a retired Chief Assistant Prosecutor from Passaic County Prosecutors Office after 25 years of service. She has handled high-profile trials throughout her career with Passaic County and is now using her skill and knowledge to help defend the rights of the accused.

Lisa Squitieri has tried many cases in the field of sexual assault, child abuse,  arson, burglary, drug offenses, and more. She spent the last few years in charge of the Megan’s Law Unit and her understanding of this specialized area of the law is an asset to any registrant who is seeking to contest their tiering or terminating their Megan’s Law requirements.

As a prosecutor, Lisa Squitieri focused on the rights of the victim as well as the accused. She understands the effect an accusation has on a person’s life.
